My Fleet Intel Escort T6 build

Well It's taken me a while but if your looking for stunning damage paired with a lot of resistance and protection from energy and kinetic then your gonna want to read the hell out this post, maybe even worship it a little.

Things you will need for this.

*A T5 Phantom Intel Escort,
*5 fleet modules
*A T6 Fleet Phantom Intel Escort
*A T6 Recon Bug, YES.... A bug.
*Around 1 Billion E/C
*Around 1 Million Dilithium
*400 Lobi

I do not bullshit in this build, It has taken time, patients, and a lot of grind to do this build. It requires a full 4 piece Iconian Space set, I'll go into this later. Weapons of your choice, I am using Phaser, but I have found it also works well With Anti Proton Weapons from Temporal Reputation system.

So you get the T5 Phantom Intel Escort, play with it until it matures nicely and then upgrade it to the T6 using the 5 fleet Modules you brought. I'll start from the top and work my way down, I'll list my Phaser build as I am still working a few things out on the Anti Proton Build right now.

So Firstly you want.

Okay this is the general build of this, i use Phasers mainly because if I am using the lance, It's Phaser also so boosts Phaser output by another 15% (Console - Universal - Heavy Phaser Lance)
There also great at knocking subsystems offline which makes enemy ships vulnerable.
Never... i mean NEVER! use all one Phaser type, what is the point, well standard Phaser will only knock out random subsystems, where different types will have a secondary Prox that will further increase effectiveness and general maddening.

You most likely looking and thing, Humm. Why the fuck Omni Directions over all Cannon turrets. Well, power drain, and effectiveness. Burst damage from all 7 escort weapons makes a lot of power drain, take out a couple turrets and it levels out allowing more damage and power to go through the Dual Heavies. Omni beams also deal out more damage then a turret and they come with nice Prox like Over, which on the odd Occasion will beam overload dealing a lot damage. The Cutting beam will also deal Kinetic damage from range and kill the crew, it's also a going pointer so you know where the fuckers are.

The space set is key for the type of build I am using, all energy with Emergency power to weapons III, and Override Sub system Safeties III, The Override will boost all energy levels by 50 for 15 seconds, and will diminish by 5 every 2 seconds, once 15 seconds has finished 1 random sub system will go off line. Her is the logic behind this skill.

Iconian Shields are powerful, off a great recharge and 15% protection against all energy types, also it will hot restart you Shields if knocked offline after 1 second, and will remove 1 debuff from your ship every 10 seconds. Just what you need.

Iconian Engine gives you a 5% defense boost and will increase miss chance, they also have 9.4 energy weapon protection.

The Deflector boosts shield and hull protections as well as giving Kinetic protection boost

The Warp Core offers boosts to your engine power while also increasing your Shield power and will hot restart your weapons after 1 second if there knocked offline. The core also increase Warp core potential by +20 points giving you even more power.

So that's the main reason why I use the 4 piece Iconian set, the 4 piece bonus also gives you Radiant Subatomic Pulse, which grants you,

To you and your team
+33% All Energy Damage for 30 seconds
+20% Max Hull for 30 seconds
+10% Flight speed for 30 seconds.


Eng console are the bog standard Enhanced which will give huge boosts to protection against all forms of damage and grant turn rate boosts,
I am using also the Conductive RCS Accelerator Mk XIV [ResAll], This powerful console which range from 30-90 Million E/C on the exchange will give you all standard bonuses from the Neutronium Alloy, but give you +50% Turn rate, You get the full bonus from this as using all same consoles you get diminishing numbers.

Science consoles slots are for Data core which boosts defense on all levels, you get this from standard missions on the future proof. It is now a must on any build.
The Exotic Particle Field Exciter Mk XIV [ResAll] is in effect a science console with a Neutronium Alloy thrown in, these are great, offering hardly any diminishing effects in numbers and will set you back around 40 to 80 Million E/C.
Tachyokinetic Converter will require Lobi, are difficult to get as you will need keys to get Lobi (200) to be exact, but well worth the cost as it will boost critical damage and turn rate.

Tactical consoles are all standard Phasers with Vulnerability exploiters on them increasing the chance of a Critical hit. The Bounty Hunter's Friend is great at reducing the energy cost of weapons by 10%, so slotting this in to save that much needed energy is very important. This too is a Lobi store console and will cost 200.

Specialization skills

I use the Intel Arc and pilot, Intel due to the massive flanking abilities and added damage from flanking, and pilot due to the deference nature of attack patterns and other skills you can use to tank.

Bridge Officer Skills

Ensign Universal - Eng Team I Very important for repairing those offline systems.

Commander Tac/Intel - Tac Team I, Evade Target Lock II, Override subsystem safeties III, Rapid Fire III

Lt Commander Tac - Tac Team I, Delta I, Omega I

Lt Commander Eng - EPS I, RSP I, EPTW III

Lieutenant Sci/Intel - Polarize Hull I, Hazard Emitters II

The skills offer much boosts to weapons power, all power systems, and much defense, Mainly the delta which I will speak of shortly.

Space, Starship Mastery

Here is where the magic and you realize you just spent a lot of E/C. Remember at the start you needed a T6 bug, well just because the ship cost around 400 to 800 Million E/C doesn't always mean it's the best ship in the game. It does however come with the best dam fucking space mastery skill EVER.

Go For The Kill


Basically, your rapid fire III will never end, provided you get Crit hits, which shouldn't be a problem as your getting bonus's from Tac console and weapons. Also the next Mastery will increase you chance and damage when activated.

Attack Pattern Delta Prime (Will set you back 175 Million atm)

So in a nut shell, every time you land a hit after activating your Delta, you will get 1.5% Crit Chance added and 3.75% Crit Damage, this stacks 10 times. So more hits = more Crit, and more Crit's = more Rapid fire III, which in turn adds more damage, and a never ending cycle of doom.

Best Defence
Grants25% added hull healing after activating a delta, beta or omega, but not an Alpha.

Highly Specialized
Grants bonus to weapons damage, hull restoration and also cools down bridge officer abilities.

Critical Systems
This will grant +2% Crit Damage, and +10% Crit Severity when using any Emergency power ability.

The amount of farming we been doing we should be able to afford that by the weekend at least 50 million a day easy atm. That's if one particular little bugger of a 5 year old don't keep switch my computer off... He's on think ice I tell ya. >:(
